Uni Social/Beginner Meetup (Landels)
Details
RSVP closes at 6 pm the day before the meetup. If there is low interest, the event may be canceled, so please check this listing before attending.
Please do not attend without RSVPing, as we need your agreement to the release and waiver of liability below.
If you don’t have your own unicycle or protective gear, leave a comment indicating what you need to borrow so we know what to bring.
Riders of any skill level are welcome even if you’ve never been on a unicycle before. More experienced riders are encouraged to come hang out and help beginners.
SAFETY
- Do not attend if you feel sick.
- Helmet is required while riding with SVUG. Other protective gear (knee/skin guards, elbow pads, gloves, long pants, etc.) is recommended if you are new to the sport. Let's ride safe.
- Bring drinking water and sunscreen.
PARKING & MEETING
Use the school’s main parking lot. Enter through the front gate and walk straight ahead. Look for unicyclists in the schoolyard near the basketball court.
