Growing the St. George startup community solves this brain drain by building "scalable" businesses that provide high-wage opportunities, ensuring the next generation can afford to build their lives right here in Southern Utah.

Back Nine Golf
Back Nine Golf is a, fast-growing, 24/7 indoor golf facility featuring high-end Full Swing golf simulators. With hundreds of franchise locations across the country, and new locations opening nearly every week, Back Nine is one of the fastest growing golf franchises in the world – they’re even opening franchise opportunities across the globe!
We’ll hear from Brady Carlsen (COO) and David Lindsey (local Store Operator) as they share their insights and knowledge with us about operating a fast-growing golf business, franchising pitfalls, lessons, and more.
Trutee
Trutee is a software platform for golf courses, replacing multiple outdated tools with a single unified system for booking, payments, and waitlists. It helps course operators run more efficiently and capture more revenue, while making it easier for golfers to find, book, and play.
We’ll hear from Trutee founder Connor Van Gilder about his industry insights, founder journey, and growth of the startup.
