Silva Graduate Masterminds

Come connect with other Silva Method graduates during this 1.5 hour graduate meeting.

It is a place for graduates to reconnect, get back in touch with their goals, get answers on techniques, share their goals with a supportive group, and find inspiration with other's success stories. We end the session with one of the many meditations - as it's always helpful to refresh one of the techniques!

This group is ONLY open to Silva Method graduates.

Timing : Friday @12pm to 1.30pm

Tickets : S$10 Donation to cover cost
