About this Group:

Welcome to the local chapter of Simple Habit Club. We are a community dedicated to the art of slowing down in a fast-paced world. Simplicity is our core theme. And our philosophy is simple: Breathe. Act. Receive.

We believe that navigating through life and achieving goals need not be so daunting and complicated to the mind and soul. It is through the small, intentional habits we build every day.

Our meetups focus on practical mindfulness, ethical living, and finding "bliss" through simplicity to achieve this.

Who should join?

• Individuals who are tired of complex process of achieving goals and are now seeking to find a simple way to it.

• Anyone interested in habit-building that aligns with personal values and goals.

• Those curious about how eliminating life's friction can lead to better life choices.

• Seekers of a supportive, grounded community that values simplicity.

What we do:

We host talks and casual coffee chats, breathing sessions, and workshops on building "frictionless" habits and mindset that can lead to achieving goals and blissful living.

Group Rules:

  2. Pitch-Free Zone: No solicitation for insurance, banking, or speculative trading (Forex/Crypto).

Simple Habit Club is a space to ease overwhelm, reduce friction, and make starting feel easier.

In this first meetup, we’ll explore a simple framework you can apply immediately:

Breathe. Act. Receive.

No pressure.
No long talks.
No fixing yourself.

Just a calm hour to begin, reset your momentum, and let small progress show up.

This meetup is free, and we’re grateful to Renew Deli for generously allowing us to use their space. It'll be awesome if we can show some support in return for this by buying some of their awesome items on their menu during our visit.

To keep the session relaxed and personal, this meetup is limited to 10 participants.

What we’ll do
• A short grounding pause
• A simple explanation of the Breathe. Act. Receive. loop
• One practical example you can apply the same day
• Light sharing, if you feel like it

You don’t need prior experience.
You don’t need to prepare anything.

Just show up.
