Join Biodanza facilitator Camila and artist Lavia for a playful, heart-opening afternoon of movement and creativity—designed especially for FLINTA youth!*Together we’ll move, feel, and paint, connecting with our bodies and expressing our vibrant inner worlds.
This welcoming workshop is all about empowerment, embodiment, and self-expression in a safe and supportive space for FLINTA* youth.No prior experience in dance or painting is needed—just curiosity, joy, and the desire to be yourself.

🌈 A chance to express yourself intuitively and spontaneously.

## What is Biodanza?

Biodanza is a powerful method of guided movement that uses music, emotional expression, and group connection to awaken joy, confidence, and self-awareness. It’s about moving with your feelings—not performing for others.

## Workshop Details:

📍 Location: Jugendclub Schloss 19
(Schlossstr 19, 14059 Berlin, Germany)
We will meet directly at the Jugendclub Schloss 19 and from there we will walk to the Schustehrus Park (weather permitting)

About the faciliators:
Camila La Rotta-
is a Biodanza facilitator from the Biodanza School Berlin-Mitte and a pedagogue from Humboldt University.
As an educator and Biodanza facilitator, she is dedicated to creating welcoming spaces for connection and solidarity, where people from diverse backgrounds can come together, share experiences, and inspire one another.

Lavia Lin
- is a visual artist, live painting performer, and cultural facilitator from Shanghai, based in Berlin.
Through her abstract paintings and live performances, she explores the intersection of music and visual art, transforming sound into color and movement. She has collaborated with musicians across various genres and exhibited her work internationally. In addition to her artistic practice, Lavia facilitates creative intuitive art workshops, fostering stress-free spaces for artistic expression and encouraging creativity in everyday life. She also leads tea culture workshops, creating moments of mindfulness, connection, and cultural exchange.
