I have a New Year's resolution to meditate more so I'm planning to run a weekly meditation event in the park and open it to other people who would like to experience the peace and space that can be gained from spending a small amount of time sitting in silence together.
This event is very simple. We gather in the park for and sit together in silence for around 30 minutes.Where:
The event will be held in Sports weise im Fredrich-ludwig-jahn Sportspark (the park next to Gaudystrasse). We will meet on the corner of Gaudystrasse and Am Falkplatz opposite Café Meta. There is a google maps pin below and a photo of the exact location.
If you need help finding it you can join the Telegram group but make sure to do this before the event starts. We will try to be punctual so after the event starts I will be meditating and will not be able to provide assistance.

Blankets and cushions
You will need to be able to sit comfortably for around 30 mins so it's recommended to bring a picnic blanket and cushion to sit on.
Do I need any experience?
You don't need any experience and there is no correct way to do it. We will literally just be sitting in silence and feeling the peace together.
