Simply Living Film Series Presents “Join or Die” at Studio 35

Simply Living has relaunched our monthly film series to reengage our members in social events. This Sunday at Studio 35 we will feature “Join or Die”, a film about why you should join a club — and why the fate of America depends on it. Follow the story of America's civic unraveling through the journey of Robert Putnam, whose legendary "Bowling Alone" research into American community decline may hold the answers to our democracy's present crisis.

We welcome you to join the screening and participate in an audience discussion with panelists Michael Greenman of the Citizen United group; Vilvi Vannak, president of the Care and Share Time Bank; Amy Bokker of Pickle & Chill; and Chuck Lynd, founding member and former Board President of Simply Living. We’re looking forward to a great turnout and a robust discussion.
