About us
This group is for anyone who has wanted to pick up a sketchbook but felt intimidated by the idea of being an artist. The focus here is entirely on the process rather than the result. We get together in casual, low-pressure settings to practice simple drawing exercises, share what we are working on, and enjoy the act of putting pencil to paper. There is no formal instruction or critique, just a friendly space to build a creative habit alongside others who are also just starting out.
Whether you have not drawn since grade school or you have a brand new sketchbook you have been meaning to open, you are welcome here. We believe that sketching should be a relaxing way to spend an afternoon rather than a source of stress.
