Dolomites, One of the Most Beautiful Mountain Landscapes on Earth. Discover the incredible landscapes, breathtaking vistas, and amazing trails of the Dolomite Mountains. Explore this vast alpine playground on foot with our expert local guides in the Alps, with whom we have worked since 2017.

The Challenges & Solutions
The isolated location of the majority of the huts or Rifugios means that the luxury of bag transfer is not possible; most of them do not have vehicle access, which is typically used to transfer your bag. Typical culture of accommodation hiking in the Dolomites: No camping allowed. So all hikers will have to carry their belongings from hut to hut, staying in mixed dorm & limited shower facilities! This is the reason why AV1 is the most famous backpacking route. We feel it is not fun doing this, as we have done before. Why not spend extra for the comfort after a tough day hike? Since all trails are scenic, why the need to follow AV1?
Luxury hikes with a fixed hotel
Through careful planning, we have booked a strategic & luxurious hotel with a great location that allows us to do day hikes in the Dolomites Hotspots: ARABBA. No change of daily accommodation.
[All hotels at this peak season are expensive - we are staying only in a twin room, no single room]

Our Dolomites Base: Arabba, one of the most charming and charismatic villages in the Dolomites – a true hidden gem.
Among 5 other reasons, Mountain Charm is the best – A tiny little village, Arabba is home to many of the ancient Ladin traditions that make the Dolomites so unique and appealing. Charming locals are friendly, welcoming, and eager to share their world with visitors. If it’s a true β€œmountain village experience” you seek, Arabba is the perfect place for you! Its Location & Serenity are the draw!

Our Trek Plan
6 Days of hikes through Wild alpine meadows, deciduous and evergreen woods, lunar landscapes, high altitude terrain, alpine lakes, soaring peaks, dramatic walls, and towering heights. Sound like your kind of place? The Dolomite Mountains feature an infinite number of trails winding their way through these incredible landscapes, with breathtaking vistas adding to the drama.
Our hiking routes will be around the is around Marmolada. It a mountain in northeastern Italy and the highest mountain of the Dolomites. It lies between the borders of Trentino and Veneto. The Marmolada is an ultra-prominent peak, known as the "Queen of the Dolomites". In 2009, as part of the Dolomites, the Marmolada massif was named a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Surrounded by dramatic peaks like the Sella Group, Marmolada, and Padon Ridge, Arabba is a fantastic base for exploring the Dolomites on foot.
=> No matter where you hike in the Dolomites, the landscape will mesmerise you.

β–Ί FAQ: Do I need to worry about AMS?
Ans: No, altitude sickness generally can occur at heights over 3000 meters, & all the passes are below this.

This is manageable for active mountain walkers who can walk for between 5h and 8h per day along a long-distance trail. It will greatly help your enjoyment of the trek to arrive fit at the start, used to walks of similar distance and height gain to those that you are about to face.
