Inner Space Techniques: Transformation and Emotional Freedom

Details
Most of us find ourselves caught in negative emotional patterns which repeat throughout our lives. This can play out in a number of different ways, whether that be through relationships, work and life situations or simply our own emotional landscape.
What does it mean to step out of these patterns? How do we do that? And who do we become as we engage this process of transformation?
Come and join us for a fun and inspiring discussion on Inner Space Techniques (IST). At its heart, IST is a methodology designed to explore the depths of who we are, and bring about change. Through a systematic process of exploration, we get to see what shapes our everyday behaviour, thoughts and desires. We can shine a light on these often unseen driving forces in our lives. As a result, transformation happens at a very real and deep level.
The technique was developed in the 1980s by a group of psychologists and health practitioners working with Samuel Sagan MD, PhD, founder of the Clairvision school of meditation. It has since been taught and practiced worldwide for over 30 years, bringing profound shifts and realisations for many over the decades.
This meetup will be hosted by Oliver Cox and Annabelle Yeoh, IST practitioners based in Singapore with many years experience in meditation and IST work. They are both passionate about giving people the tools to awaken clarity, self-knowledge and profound realisations on the path to transformation.
