This group is for leaders and specialists — across industries such as engineering, energy, sustainability, industrial, and technology — who bring depth of experience, strategic thinking, and proven leadership, but may feel overlooked in the current hiring landscape due to changing market dynamics, age bias, or sector shifts.

Purpose of the Group:
