This session is designed as an open and honest conversation — not a formal webinar or sales pitch. I’m bringing together a group of senior professionals who are in between roles, many of whom have built strong careers but are now navigating new and sometimes unexpected challenges in a fast-changing job market.
As a trained Industrial Engineer and Executive Search Consultant with over 12 years of experience placing senior talent across APAC — particularly in the industrial, infrastructure, energy, and technology sectors — I’ve had hundreds of conversations with hiring managers, HR leaders, and candidates. One consistent truth? Even the most capable leaders sometimes hit roadblocks when transitioning.
This is why I created this group.
