Introduction
The purpose of this group is to bring together people in Singapore who love meditation and the power of face-to-face group meditation.
Every 2 weeks, about 30 to 40 people gather together face-to-face to meditate using Dr. Joe Dispenza's guided meditations - and also meditations from others.
We have over 500+ people in our groups (Telegram and WhatsApp). Yes, the number is much larger than the number of members you see on this Meetup.com group because most have joined the group through other means and not through meetup.com. And we are all more active on WhatsApp and Telegram - where are meetups are organized.
We also organize other activities like a Meditation Book Discussion Club (where we discuss Dr. Joe Dispenza's books as well as other books on meditation), Walking Meditations and Potluck Dinners.

We Are From All Spiritual Traditions
While we love Dr. Joe Dispenza's teachings and meditations, we are from all different Spiritual Traditions. After all, they are all very complementary and with the same goal in mind. If you join our group, you'll meet people from all sorts of traditions and modalities and viewpoints. We are here to share and learn from each other and encourage each other in our pursuit for truth, transformation and the divine.
How to Join Our Face To Face Group Meditations In Singapore?
To be part of our group (it's free), do join this Meetup.com group - and PM me with your WhatsApp number so we can connect and I can introduce you to the larger group on WhatsApp and Telegram.
Currently, we meet regularly for group meditations of about 2 hours+ of total meditation at one time - with breaks in between. Doing meditations together as a group is very different from doing it alone as when people come together, we are able to combine our energies. This is what happens in Dr. Joe Dispenza's Weeklong Advanced Meditation Retreats where 1,000 to 3,000 people gather and meditate in a room!

The Meditation Workshop and Group Meditation will be based on Dr. Joe Dispenza's Book "Breaking The Habit Of Being Yourself". It will be conducted by Kasi (trained by Dr. Joe Dispenza, see BigMind Neuro).
If you're new to Dr. Joe Dispenza and haven't read the book before, you're welcome to join us. This will be a mini workshop on the teachings of the book followed by a Group Meditation that basically applies the teachings. So it'll be both theoretical and practical.
