Face-To-Face Group Meditation (using guided meditations from Dr. Joe Dispenza) - 9am to 12pm

We have a group of about 600+ people on our WhatsApp and Telegram groups who love to come together to meditate as a group using guided meditations by Dr. Joe Dispenza and others.

About 30 to 40 people normally meet every 2 weeks in a Condo function room along Orchard Road.

We meditate for about 2+ hours (with breaks in between) to meditations from Dr. Joe Dispenza and others. The rest of the time will be spent either sharing and getting to know each other or hearing from a speaker.

Lunch (12pm+) [Optional]
After our session, a group of us would go for lunch. This is optional.

While we all have been impacted by Dr. Joe Dispenza's meditations and teachings, the interesting thing about this group is that everybody has had their own spiritual journey and have been impacted by various Eastern and Western spiritual and scientific traditions.

We are a non-religious group - members are from different religions and none at all.
