An emerging singer-songwriter/ poet/ writer group Chelle & Ailouros (@chelle_ailouros) presents original songs and multilingual poetry of coming-of-age in Singapore and Australia, and life in Japan.
Enjoy original and improvised music tapestries of nature and culture, and go behind-the-scenes on their collaboration with dialogue and demonstration.
Get insights on the confluence of language, identity, family and universal human experience from their cross-genre work.
Be first to catch the premiere of the poem ‘The Ocean Blue’ (蔚蓝的海洋), written and performed in English, Mandarin and Teochew by poet Michelle C (@michellecsingsjazz), with Mandarin translation by Christina Ng and music by composers Eugene Ang and Alvin Wong.
