What we’re about

By using & practising taichi fundamentals, to learn how to manipulate Qi within the body, and invoke self healing within body as a result of Qi flow, it is learnt also as a form of martial arts, can be used for self defense.

Suitable for people of all ages,
-people who are curious on how to better use our body from day to day activities,
-people suffering from severe back/body pain & aches, joint pains from injuries/wear & tear, &
-people wanting to improve their general health naturally by learning to flow Qi energy better.

Lessons are 1-1 or group based interactions, where you will experience real life applications of how each technique is applied.
