Saturday Open Heart Meditation & Reiki Tummo Healing (In Person)

We will start with Introduction to the Spiritual heart and then continue with relaxation and 3 short, guided meditations of around 5-10 minutes each. This will be easy and accessible for all levels, even beginners.

We will continue with sharing about the heart and spirituality and how we can use Open Heart meditation in our daily life, followed by a longer Open Heart mediation.

After a short break we will then have the second part of the session which is Reiki Tummo healing. This is a chance to experience the healing for yourself (to receive it) and learn about Reiki Tummo, what it is and how it can help with spiritual development and healing.

The whole session will take around 2 hours with a chance to ask questions at the end. If you wish to only join for the first 1 hour for the Open heart meditation that is also possible :)

This is an in-person session held at #2-00 31 Jalan Rama Rama (DeRoyale Function Room) and by bus (Toa Payoh MRT #145/139), visitor parking is also available.
