Leading a talented team of designers, he is dedicated to building the best customer support platform for businesses. In addition to his role at Zendesk, Jian Wei mentors senior designers at RETHINK, guiding them in their careers and helping them achieve their professional goals.
In this talk, Jian Wei will share how to approach career growth with the mindset of a Singapore Bus Captain. He will provide a framework based on his personal journey and insights from his career progression.
