In today's everchanging landscapes (be it in family, work, volunteer groups, etc), we need updates from team members so that we are nimble in making amendments to the work processes that we initially had envisioned.

However, as some may have experienced in some team dynamic settings, some members do not willingly provide updates, much to the chagrin of members who want to move forward.

The absence of communication leads to increasing distrust amongst members as time passes by. Team dynamics would be broken down due to no communication (which in itself is a form of communication), bad communication (where messages are not clear to execute) and abundance of information (where excessive information which is not useful cloud members' progress).

We urge you to attend our panel discussion so that we can hear our panelists' perspectives and your shared perspectives on whether communication or its absence will indeed break down our team dynamics.

Communication is an ongoing process and as such, we need to constantly be in communication so that we understand one another's perspectives and trust the suggestions that our members may provide for the betterment of the outcomes.
