Quantum computing meetup

Hello Quantumers! Our fourth Meetup is on Wednesday May 16th from 6:30 - 9:00pm, and it will be located at WeWork Beach Centre, 15 Beach Road. City Hall, Esplanade, and Bugis MRT stations are all 5 minutes walk away. The folks at WeWork have been very kind to offer us an amazing meeting room for the meetup, and access to their shared utilities.

We have two introductory talks scheduled for the event.

First, Professor Joseph Fitzsimons (NUS, SUTD), will give a brief introduction to quantum computing. This will be followed by a discussion of the current industrial landscape in quantum computing, by Dr Ewan Munro, CTO of Entropica Labs.

Each talk will last for 20 minutes, followed by a Q&A and a networking session.

Directions: Entrance to Beach Centre is located on Beach Road and Seah Street. WeWork's lobby is located on the 2nd floor. Upon arrival, please check in on the visitor kiosk via the Guest Registration Tablet at the Front Desk noting you are a guest of Jackie Lam.
