Join us for an evening of support and empowerment for scapegoat survivors of narcissistic abuse within the Singapore Scapegoat community. This safe and confidential space is for adults who have endured emotional trauma and abuse, whether in childhood or adulthood. Our focus is on mental health support, recovery, and healing from the lasting effects of emotional abuse. Together, we will explore strategies to navigate triggers, manage CPTSD symptoms, and strengthen coping mechanisms.
This meetup will offer a compassionate environment where participants can share their stories, gain insights on narcissism survivorship, and build a resilient support network. Let's come together to validate each other's experiences, provide empathy, and foster a sense of community among those who have walked a similar path.
