# Sometimes, Getting Through Today Is Enough.

A safe, compassionate space to share, listen and find comfort during heartbreak.
Are you going through a painful breakup, separation or divorce?
Perhaps you've been betrayed, abandoned, rejected or hurt by someone you loved and trusted.
Maybe you're struggling to sleep, waking up with your heart racing, finding it difficult to concentrate, or barely managing to get through each day.
You may have spoken to your friends and family countless times, yet still feel completely alone.
Sometimes, you don't need advice. You just need someone to listen, without judgement.
If any of this sounds familiar, this gathering is for you.

Who Is This Gathering For?
This is a place of refuge for people whose world has just collapsed.
It's for adults who:

*Are experiencing intense heartbreak, separation or divorce.

  • Struggle with loneliness, anxiety, sleeplessness or overwhelming emotions.
*Feel abandoned, betrayed, rejected or completely lost.
  • Feel they've exhausted their friends and family with their problems.
*Need emotional support but cannot afford repeated counselling sessions.
  • Are desperate to connect with someone who genuinely understands their pain.
*Aren't necessarily ready to heal, rebuild or move on.

You don't need to be strong. You don't need to be okay.
Sometimes, you're simply trying to get through today.
And that's okay.

What to Expect
This is an informal, facilitated peer-support gathering in a small group, initially limited to approximately 6–10 participants.
Everyone will have an opportunity to share their experiences, but nobody is required to speak.
You're welcome to:

  • Share your story and express your feelings.
    *Listen quietly to others.
  • Connect with people experiencing similar struggles.
*Exchange personal coping experiences if invited.
  • Simply enjoy being around people who understand.

There is no pressure to share personal details beyond what you're comfortable with.

No judgement. No unsolicited advice. No pressure to participate.

Our Community Rules
To help maintain a respectful and supportive environment:

  1. Listen with compassion and without judgement.
  2. Respect everyone's privacy and personal boundaries.
  3. No unsolicited advice, criticism or confrontation.
  4. No pressure to speak or share personal information.
  5. No photography or recording without everyone's permission.
  6. No harassment, unwanted advances or commercial solicitation.

We ask everyone to keep personal stories shared during the gathering private, although confidentiality cannot be absolutely guaranteed in a group setting.
All participants must be at least 18 years old and agree to our participation guidelines.

A Note From Your Host
Hi, I'm an entrepreneur and father.
I'm also navigating my own painful journey and I know firsthand how overwhelming heartbreak, anxiety, loneliness and uncertainty can be.
I'm not a counsellor or therapist, nor do I claim to have all the answers.
I'm simply someone who's still finding his way forward and hopes to create a compassionate, non-judgemental community where people can share, listen and support one another. I've spent alot on counselling 200/300/450per hour and decided to set this up.
This gathering offers peer support, not professional counselling or emergency crisis intervention. If you need urgent support, please contact Samaritans of Singapore at 1767 or National mindline at 1771. For an immediate medical emergency, call 995.

You don't have to be okay to be here.
You don't need to have the answers.
You don't need to have moved on.
Sometimes, all we need is someone who genuinely understands.
I look forward to welcoming you.
