Tower Running has you running up tall buildings, using the stairs. Generally we practice only running up stairs. You be surprised that it burns more calories than jogging. Finally you get to take in the stunning views from the top. 😁 All fitness levels are welcome. There is no pressure to train and go at your pace. Let’s get ready to climb!
