Welcome to Wellbeing Circle: A Journey of Connection and Growth

Are you looking for a safe space to share your experiences, explore personal development, and build meaningful and deep connections? Our group is dedicated to providing mental health and well-being peer support through fun, authentic, and empathetic interactions.

As your facilitator, I am passionate about creating an environment where everyone feels heard and valued and also have fun in approaching personal development and wellbeing.

We will gather regularly to explore mental health and personal development topics using a variety of engaging methods, including mindfulness practices, expressive arts, board games, and oracle cards. Each session is designed to foster deeper connections, showcase empathy, and support each other’s journeys.

Whether you’re seeking to share your story, learn new tools for well-being, or simply connect with like-minded individuals, the Circle offers a welcoming community where you can grow and thrive. Join us for a journey of connection and self-discovery!
