45 minutes of track and fitness work, followed by 45 minutes of ball skills work.

It is the perfect opportunity to meet fellow sports enthusiasts and socialize in a fun and friendly atmosphere. We welcome female players age 16 yo and above to come together for an evening of camaraderie and sportsmanship. All levels welcome!

Participants to bring their track shoes + boots or FUTSAL shoes (preferred). Individual ball is also necessary to do personal ball work
