####

#### Precautionary Measures for Blisters:
- Wear Well-Fitted Shoes: Ensure your shoes are broken in and fit well. Tight shoes can cause friction, leading to blisters.
- Socks Matter: Choose moisture-wicking socks (preferably not cotton) to keep your feet dry and reduce the risk of blisters.
- Blister Prevention: Apply blister prevention tape on areas that are prone to rubbing (such as heels and toes).
- If You Feel a Hot Spot: Stop and take a break to check your feet. If you feel a blister forming, apply a bandage to prevent further irritation.
#### Hydration & Walking Tips:
- Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water before and during the walk. Bring a water bottle to sip on along the way. Dehydration can cause fatigue and cramps, especially in the heat.
- Pace Yourself: We’ll be walking at a comfortable, steady pace. If you need to rest, please feel free to do so. It's more about enjoying the journey than racing to the finish!
- Stretch Before & After: Stretching will help prevent muscle stiffness. Focus on your legs, hamstrings, calves, and lower back.
- Listen to Your Body: If you experience pain, dizziness, or any discomfort, please inform the group and stop walking. It’s important to take breaks when needed.
#### For All Fitness Levels:
This walk is designed to be accessible to all fitness levels, but it’s important to listen to your body. If you’re unsure about your ability to complete the walk, consult with your doctor beforehand to ensure you’re in good health for physical activity.
#### Disclaimer:
By participating in this walk, you acknowledge and accept that you are responsible for your own physical well-being. Please exercise caution while walking, and listen to your body. If you feel unwell at any point, please inform the organizer and discontinue participation.
