Join me as we travel to the coastal town and civil parish in the south east of Dorset. Make new friends, connect, socialise and have fun, beats staying at home watching Netflix, meet likeminded people who love day trips.
A day with fresh air and beautiful beaches. Follow me on a gorgeous walk along the beach in Bournemouth or zip wiring and an in amazing walk to Durdle Door along Lulworth Cove.
Come with friends or alone, 95% of members attend our events alone, so don't worry, the group are super friendly and many have become great friends. we welcome everyone from all walks of life, men are always welcome too, this is not an all women group.
About Bournemouth, it's a coastal resort town on the south coast of England, with beautiful golden sandy beaches, great for days at the beach and perfect for walks all year round. The reason its beaches are particularly appealing is due to the stunning weather. Bournemouth receives up to 25pc more sunshine than the UK average.
Known for their exciting city centre. With award winning restaurants, great entertainment and superb shopping, Bournemouth town centre contains many great things to see and do and is easily explored on foot. From the popular seafront and pier approach, the town stretches back through gorgeous riverside gardens and is banked on either side by restaurants, cafés, shopping, bars, and more.
A must-visit destination on the Dorset Coast. The Lulworth Estate is rich in wildlife, with some of the most scenic locations of the Jurassic Coast, explore at your own pace and walk along the beach. From the visitor centre at Lulworth Cove you can walk to the camp site at Durdle Door which is 1.3 miles, about 35 minutes to walk.
Durdle Door is a special place for any trip to this region. From camping to rock-pooling, walking to coasteering, photography to nature walks, or to just enjoy the stunning views.
Please note
• Wear sensible shoes, as some of the ground can be uneven
• The weather on the coast can be unpredictable. Even on a sunny day, the sea mist can come in and the temperature can drop suddenly
• Durdle Door is about a half mile from the road and the paths are quite hilly, but most people are up to the challenge. If you prefer, you can stay at Lulworth Cove, where there is plenty to see and do to occupy your time.

Itinerary
8 am - We leave promptly by 8 am, please arrive 15 minutes early.
10.30 am - Approximate arrival time to Bournemouth. Have brunch, explore, relax on the sandy beach, make sure you pack your swim wear, join me for a walk along the coast, take some fabulous photos, great for Instagram.
1pm - We leave Bournemouth PROMPT
2.15 pm - Approximate arrival time to Lulworth Cove
Please feel free to join me on a walk to Durdle Door, please note this is a 35 minutes walk going up hill, walk up leisurely and stop along the way to take in the beautiful views and take some photos. Alternatively stay around Lulworth Cove.
5pm - Coach leaves and back to London, we return to our pick up point
8pm Approximate arrival to London

Coach bays on Tothill St SW1H 9LJ 2 minutes walk from St James Park tube Station, one stop after Victoria.
Coach will be parked close to Pret A Manger and Costa Coffee

It's a long journey so please bring snacks and sandwiches if you wish, on arrival there will be plenty of eatery venues.

Please note if your not one for taking photos please do not join when we are taking group photos as i will post on the meetup page and social media. One of the reasons why you may have joined this group is because you actually see members having fun and not just photos of images of landmarks. It's real when you see people in photos.
