Join us on a cruise for a feel-good film screenings with our glorious city as our backdrop. You’ll hop aboard a cruise vessel and enjoy a sunset cruise on the Thames, followed by a screening of the movie on the top deck of a boat with delicious Häagen-Dazs ice cream – in the shadow of some of London’s greatest sights.

Ryne Lane is a story about two twenty-somethings, both reeling from bad break-ups, connect over the course of an eventful day in South London - helping each other deal with their nightmare exes, and potentially restoring their faith in romance.

We Meet at 7.15pm Tower Millennium Pier, Tower Hill
Check-in starts at 7.30pm and the boat will depart promptly by 8pm.

The boat will dock in the shadow of some of the capital’s most popular sights and the night’s movie will play on a large, cinema-style screen on the open-top deck. Of course, the experience comes rounded off with refreshments from the full bar, classic cinema snacks and delicious Häagen-Dazs ice cream which will be handed out on arrival (with more available to buy once you’re there). And if the weather turns, there are blankets and a backup screen inside. How’s that for an epic summer experience?

NEED TO KNOW

• The boat will not wait for latecomers, so please ensure that you arrive at the pier in plenty of time. Refunds will not be issued for people who miss the boat!
• Screenings will commence around the time of sunset. Expect to return to the pier by approx. 11pm.
• Seating is unallocated.
• Wireless headphones will be provided for the screening.
• Blankets will be available on a first come first served basis, and must be returned at the end of the night.
• Personal food and drink items cannot be brought or consumed on the boat. Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase on the boat.
• Smoking is not permitted aboard the vessel.
• The event is on the uncovered top deck of the boat and will always go ahead whatever the weather! Please check the weather forecast in advance and wrap up appropriately.

To RSVP you must pay first via PAYPAL, this is on a first come first serve basis, once full, the RSVP will be closed. From past experience payment up front weeds out the time wasters who often RSVP YES with no intentions of attending.

Price includes time spent planning, researching amazing events, administration and organisation costs, meetup site charges, marketing, hosts expenses, fees and payment processing charges via pay pal. I think all my events represent excellent value for money, but if you don't and are not happy to pay for additional fees for this or any future events please do not RSVP.

If for some reason you are no longer able to make it, please change your rsvp to not going so that another diner can purchase your spot, also send me a message informing me that you are no longer able to make it.
