2. Registration Commitment
Seats are very limited, with a maximum of 6 participants. Please register only if you are 100% sure that you can attend.

Kindly respect other participants who would like an opportunity to join. If your plans change, please cancel your registration as early as possible so that someone else can take your place.

3. No-Show Policy
Participants who register but fail to show up without cancelling in advance will be recorded on our absentee list.

As seats are limited, repeated or unnotified no-shows may result in removal from future event registrations, so that available places can be offered to participants who are committed to attending.
