Since Timothy O'Toole's in Lake Villa closed, I'm discovering new places to try, that begin at 6pm and end by 8pm. Let's check this out! The Black Velvet Lounge has a limited food menu (which still looks yummy), which I've uploaded to the PHOTOS option on this Event page. I'm looking for a minimum of 6 to make this happen, and it's important you are true to your RSVP word.
