I’m planning a fun and cozy New Year’s Eve overnight getaway for our Meetup group! We’ll rent a beautiful Airbnb or Vrbo where we can enjoy the evening together, share good food, play games, laugh, relax, and welcome 2027 with friends. 🥰
🏡 THE PLAN
We’ll rent a house that comfortably accommodates up to 10 people overnight. The exact location will be selected once we know how many people are seriously committed to attending.
The cost of the accommodation and food will be shared equally among confirmed attendees. Once we have our final group and select the property, I’ll provide everyone with the exact cost per person before booking.

💰 RESERVATION & PAYMENT
Because the house will be reserved based on the number of confirmed guests, RSVPing alone will not guarantee your spot.
Once the property and final price are announced, payment will be required by the stated deadline to secure your reservation.
After the accommodation has been booked, payments will be non-refundable unless another member can take your spot, since everyone’s individual cost will be based on the number of confirmed guests.

This event is limited to 10 people so we can keep it comfortable, manageable and fun for everyone.
Sleeping arrangements will depend on the property we select. I’ll provide bedroom/bed details before collecting payment so everyone knows what to expect.
This is intended to be a friendly, relaxed group getaway—not a wild party. Please be respectful of the property, our host’s rules, and one another.
