Art Reception at Mission Bowling Club – Ode to the Mission and OMW!

Details

What a combo - art and free bowling! Sorry for the late notice, but this one looks like a blast!
ArtSpan and Mission Bowling Club invite you to an evening of art, conversation, and community celebrating two concurrent exhibitions presented through ArtSpan’s Art-In-Neighborhoods program.
Join us for a festive evening celebrating both exhibitions. Meet the artists, enjoy light bites and a cash bar, and experience two distinct perspectives on city life and transformation—all in one space.
Following recent exhibitions at the Ferry Building, Levi’s Plaza and Fort Mason Center, AIN continues its mission of bringing local art into public life—this time in the heart of the Mission District.

### ODE TO THE MISSION, Solo Exhibition by Mila Krillova

A painter’s tribute to the neighborhood she’s captured for years, Ode to the Mission gathers moments from Mila Krillova’s cityscape practice into a portrait of the Mission District from 2019 to 2025. Presented as a series of fine art prints mounted on wood panels, her work documents and honors the layered stories, evolving streetscapes, and enduring landmarks of the neighborhood.

### OMW! (“On My Way!”), A Group Exhibition by 15 ArtSpan Artists

This vibrant group show reflects on personal and collective journeys—literal, emotional, and imagined. Featuring paintings, photographs, and mixed-media works, OMW! explores the moments that move us forward, back, and in between.
