The food is prepared entirely by our students in the Cuisine and Pastry programs, while the service is provided by our students in the Food Service and Sommelier programs.

- Mixed Green Salad served with Creamy Champagne Dressing, Candied Spiced Nuts & Apple Julienne

- Lemon Scallops with Warm Pancetta Vinaigrette, Quinoa & Caramelized Fennel
