North Hills Hike & Lunch

Join your host Angela for a moderate 2.6-mile hike followed by lunch! The itinerary is below. Express your interest for this event by joining the waitlist. When there's a critical mass of folks interested, up to 12 people will be moved off the waitlist for a larger group event!

THE HIKE
Meet at 10:00 a.m. at the Beechwood Farms Nature Reserve at 614 Dorseyville Rd. Angela will then lead a hike through the reserve, starting on the Oak Forest Trail, then connecting with additional trails that form a 2.6-mile loop around the nature center. During the hike, there are areas where you will have to go under or climb over logs. Portions of the trail also have steep hills, but Angela can advise you about easier alternatives. Hiking boots and poles are recommended.
LUNCH
After the hike, the group has a reservation at noon at Hartwood Restaurant & Whispers Pub. Thanks for hosting, Angela! And reminder that the group’s No Flakes Policy is in effect: please get your rsvps finalized at least 48 hours prior to the event. Chronic no-showers will be removed from the group.
