7.5 miles, Moderate hike around the lake.
Address is 100 Collins Rd, Locust Grove, GA 30248. Parking is free. We will meet at 9:15am to begin the hike at 9:30am. The hike will take about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. We will have a short break (30-45mins) for lunch. Bring your own or pop into town to pick something up.
At 1pm we will attend a special event at The Ark (across the street) to meet the new Executive Director, enjoy a cup of hot cocoa and take a special tour. Welcome aboard, Lisette George, as the new Executive Director of Noah's Ark Animal Sanctuary-Locust Grove!
