Disc Golf at Lenora Park in Snellville, GA
Details
Lenora Park is a very open course, as few trees come into play. During the summer the sun can bake you like a potato in the oven. But in cooler weather, the sun can warm your buns. Lenora is a good course for beginners and a good place to try out your driver or long range discs, As for water hazards, there is a pond on 17 but it doesn't come into play. I've never seen anybody throw into it. There are lots of rolling hills which provide some elevation changes.
• Gwinnett County does a great job of maintaining its disc golf courses, and Lenora Park is no exception. Most players like this course. (If you get there early, there is a gym which sells and rents discs. But don't rent - I have discs that you can borrow.)
