Note on pricing (2026) Abbey tickets are non-refundable, so when tickets were purchased (15 April) I also paid the optional refundable/insurance add-on for peace of mind given current global uncertainty, and is why this year's price is higher than previous years (along with an increased fuel component).

Refunds and Conditions:

• Payment is required as you RSVP
• As with all our adventures, this is 100% non smoking, non vapour, no mobile phoning while in company
• Failure to arrive on time will void the ticket entirely with no refunds
• The adventure will still go ahead if the weather is inclement
• Parking at meeting venues is entirely your risk
• Bookings Close 27 June 2026
• If minimum attendees do not RSVP, a full refund is provided
• Once minimum attendees RSVP, there is no refund
• If you cancel, I will endeavour to sell your ticket for you, but no guarantees
• Reselling a ticket incurs a $20 Cancellation Fee
• Reselling tickets is a courtesy, not an entitlement
• If your ticket does not sell, there is no refund
• Refunds are directed to your bank account only
• Tickets may not be re-sold after 1 July 2026
• In the very rare event that a member's behaviour is significantly disruptive and impacts the group's experience, the host reserves the right to discontinue that member's participation in the tour. This includes any unused portions of the ticket, such as return transportation. Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided in these instances, and the member will be responsible for their own return arrangements and associated costs.
