If you're excited to embrace the outdoors and make lasting friendships, this group is for you! We'll organize events like hiking, backpacking, weekend retreats and various other social and fitness activities. The events will range from easy to challenging (this will be noted in the description). Most of our events will offer an opportunity to sip on your favorite beverage. The trail is calling!

- It's National Wig Out Day - Don't Wig Out! Let's Hike the Manitou InclineManitou Hiawatha Gardens - Parking and Shuttle, Manitou Springs, CO
If you are looking for a challenge, look no further. We'll be climbing the stairs at the Manitou Incline.
Since it's National Wig Out Day, bring your favorite wig. We'll put them on at the top when we celebrate!
Don't be fooled, this is an extremely challenging climb. It's worth it!
We will start as a group and end as a group, but there is no pressure to keep pace with anyone. Those who finish first will wait at the top. At the top, the Incline Trail connects to Barr Trail, which offers a steep but scenic 3-mile path back down to the base.
Don't worry, if you are having a hard time, there are bailout points.
The Bailout: A false summit ⅔ of the way to the top is the closest some come to tackling the Incline. Here, the Incline Trail meets up with Barr Trail for the first time and offers exhausted hikers a reprieve. If you think you need to bail, we won’t tell anyone. But if you can muster enough energy, you’re almost to the top!
PLEASE NOTE:
Reservations Required: Manitou Incline Reservation - Web Store - Productdetails Please make your reservation at 6:15am. That will give us time from the shuttle to the base of the incline.
Please plan to arrive in time to find parking and pay. Parking is available at Haiwatha Gardens Parking lot, 10 Old Man's Trail. We want to grab a shuttle at 6am. The free shuttle runs from Hiawatha Gardens to the Incline between the hours of 6:00am and 6:00pm.
