What we’re about
If you're excited to embrace the outdoors and make lasting friendships, this group is for you! We'll organize events like hiking, backpacking, weekend retreats and various other social and fitness activities. The events will range from easy to challenging (this will be noted in the description). Most of our events will offer an opportunity to sip on your favorite beverage. The trail is calling!
Disclaimer: Outdoor activities can be considered risky. We are not professional guides. If you sign up for any event, you acknowledge that you are 100% responsible for your own safety and will do the necessary preparation to understand the conditions and the gear required. The organizers will not be responsible for any injuries that occur on any event.
Other considerations:
Events may have a waiting list. If you are signed up for an event and aren't able to attend, please updated your RSVP, at least 24 hours in advance.
We will be charging members $10/year, after a 30-day grace period, to help cover the cost of Meetup Organizer Fees.

A sunshine-drenched day spent in the Pick-Your-Own fields at Garden Sweet is an unforgettable experience! Whether you are seeking a quiet escape, hunting for the most delicious berries, searching for an amazing backdrop for photos, or curious about crafting your own flower bouquet, Garden Sweet is the place for you!There is a $5.73 general admission ticket for Garden Sweets. You'll then have the option to buy a Bouquet Cup (fill your cup with a mix of fresh seasonal flowers) $20 or Flower Bucket (a larger option for flower lovers and gifting) $60. I did this two years ago and bought the cup. I was able to get so many flowers into it and made 3 decent sized bouquets when I got home. It was so much fun!

Take a tour to the top of the historic Denver Stapleton Air Traffic Control Tower at FlyteCo Tower to see one of the best views of Denver.

This is a very popular area for hiking, mountain biking, and running, so you'll likely encounter other people while exploring. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash. This is an amazing trail that takes one to Red Rocks via the Cherry Gulch. The trail features varying topography and stunning views. The terrain has some rocky sections with steady inclines. Wildflowers galore during the spring and you can expect to see a variety of beautiful vibrant flowers.

I hope you'll join us for a fun weekend of hiking, hot springs and spa. We'll be in staying in Buena Vista, CO and it's going to be a fun time!

Secluded Mountain Getaway
4 bedrooms - 1 bedroom each or 2 per bedroom (shared)The two hikes we will be doing include:

We will align on activities, food and beverages mid-June. Here's a tentative schedule of the things we'll be doing:
- Mt Princeton Hot Springs: 9-9p $45 for day pass, includes bath house, infinity pool, creek-side hot springs and upper pools
- Mt Princeton Resort Spa: 9-10a Includes Sat Aqua Pilates or Sun Aqua Yoga ($15 for drop-ins, if not doing spa)
- Art in Salida: Arts Collective, The Borks and Watson's Gallery, Four Winds Gallery, Ortman Gallery, etc..
- Outdoor Grilling: Kabobs, Cesar Wedge...
