SIPS & SISTERHOODâ˘: Mindful Art-making + Soulful Book Chats is led by Jennifer Showers, Author of Saving Bella, Finding Truth (coming spring 2027) . Jennifer has led empowerment programs & spearheaded the construction of brick & mortar wellness centers for 35+ years, most notably the Univ. of Miami's $16 million dollar project where she served as Wellness Program Director for 13 years.
She founded SIPS & SISTERHOODâ˘ď¸ to offer adult women an opportunity to authentically & creatively connect with themselves and others for the purpose of healing & empowerment & to encourage them to step into their one-of-a-kind superpowers.
We come together in inspiring spaces; nature venues, coffee shops, tea houses, art galleries & any venue that lights us up to creatively reset, reboot, self-discover, heal & grow. We read from inspiring books, learn & practice proven techniques for going the journey with more ease, reduced stress & increased flow. No mandatory heavy talk, just hands on creativity & warm, safe company. Jennifer's secret sauce: blending authenticity, ancient wisdom, modern neuroscience, storytelling, laughter, metaphorical art-making & ritual.

Join us for a unique respite amidst acres of exotic forest and bamboo sculptural gardens, a Delray Beach hidden gem! Weâll open by exploring the restorative science of grounding, âEarthingâ. Take a self-guided nature stroll to choose a found amulet (stone, seed, shell, etc.), tuck it into the provided burlap pouch; return to the circle to adorn a mini-postcard with images, symbols, and a brief affirmation using colorful acrylic markers. Carry your pocket talisman as a daily âgroundingâ cue â when you touch it, breathe deeply, read your affirmation, and reconnect to the fresh intention youâre inviting in. Each guest enjoys hot herbal tea + homemade granola cup tucked with a crispy biscotti surprise compliments of local chef @calIgirlkitchen.
