🌳I organize mindful walks that involve walking while staying present and enjoying the surroundings in silence.

✨My hope is to share with you the wonder of being fully connected with nature as we walk.

🌳In this way, you’ll notice how your senses become more acute and the energy of the surroundings comforts you and helps raise your vibrations.

💗Silence allows for greater mental clarity and deepens our connection with the environment: with the trees, bushes, and plants. And as you walk slowly, a beautiful butterfly might come to greet you, or you might be pleasantly surprised if a squirrel appears near you.

Important: This isn't a hike. It's about walking slowly—slow enough to learn to be present.
- It isn't a hike in the traditional sense, where the goal is to cover a lot of ground

✨💗The goal of this gathering is to enjoy the calm of the forest and its surroundings together, raise our vibrations, and admire nature with greater awareness.

Recommendation:
water, comfortable clothing, socks, and footwear; hiking boots or thick-soled sneakers are suggested. Also, bring a cloth, towel, or blanket for meditation.

🌳Organizo caminatas conscientes que consisten en la práctica de caminar estando presentes, disfrutando del entorno en silencio.

✨Mi ilusión es haceros partícipes de lo maravilloso que es estar conectados plenamente con la naturaleza mientras andamos.

🌳De esta forma, notarás como tus sentidos se agudizan y la vibración del entorno te reconforta y ayuda a subir las vibraciones.

Importante: andamos despacio, bastante despacio para conseguir estar presentes.
- No es una excursión en la que vamos a hacer quilómetros.

💗El silencio nos permite mayor claridad mental y acrecienta nuestra conexión plena con el entorno: con los árboles, arbustos y con las plantas. Y al ir despacio quizás venga a saludarte una hermosa mariposa o, incluso, te sorprenderás gratamente si una ardilla aparece cerca tuyo.

🌿Andar despacio nos permite estar más presentes y percibir bien el entorno.
