🌳I organize mindful walks that involve walking while staying present and enjoying the surroundings in silence.

✨My hope is to share with you the wonder of being fully connected with nature as we walk.

🌳In this way, you’ll notice how your senses become more acute and the energy of the surroundings comforts you and helps raise your vibrations.

💗Silence allows for greater mental clarity and deepens our connection with the environment: with the trees, bushes, and plants. And as you walk slowly, a beautiful butterfly might come to greet you, or you might be pleasantly surprised if a squirrel appears near you.

Important: This isn't a hike. It's about walking slowly—slow enough to learn to be present.
- It isn't a hike in the traditional sense, where the goal is to cover a lot of ground

✨💗The goal of this gathering is to enjoy the calm of the forest and its surroundings together, raise our vibrations, and admire nature with greater awareness.

✅ Location: Sitges (meeting point: C/Josep Irla, 22. From there, we’ll split into cars to the starting point)

🌞Duration: 2 hours (approx.)

🙏Fee: €10 (€8 if you book and pay by Wednesday; €10 starting Thursday). You can book via PayPal or Bizum at 687646391.

Recommendation:
water, comfortable clothing, socks, and footwear; hiking boots or thick-soled sneakers are suggested. Also, bring a cloth, towel, or blanket for meditation.
