This group is about learning and exploring Intuitive Methods to Weight Loss and Wellness. Diets don't work, willpower only holds out for so long and buying into some company's plan is not a long-term solution. This group will explore energy healing, subconscious awareness and guided meditation techniques to create a better relationship with food/body/mental wellness. This is not group therapy or processing through talk personal stories. This is more about focusing on what we can do with the old stories rather than retelling those stories again.
This group meets weekly on Tuesdays. And is a place where you can get intuitive insights from the host if that is welcome. Advising, directing, "shoulding" or "reading" others in the group is not permitted. This group is about exploring our relationships with our body from a deeper level so we can create a relationship that is more a fit with what we want to have in the present. Bring a notebook, be comfortably dressed and open to a few laughs as well as ready to play with meditation and learning how to use energy healing to help yourself.
This is free for the first time and donation accepted for the following meetings.
