SJREIA (South Jersey Real Estate Investors Association) is a networking and education real estate investing association with over 850 members. Our members are full-time and part-time investors, beginning to advanced investors -- people like yourself looking to learn and/or grow your business and enjoy the many benefits of real estate investing.

    Wholesaling Leader Stephen Chatto
    Stephen is an accomplished real estate professional with over two decades of experience. His journey began in 2000 purchasing his first 3 family rental properties. A few more rentals and all was well, but he still needed to work. In 2012 he saw the possibilities available to him through wholesaling real estate. He decided to fully commit to real estate full time wholesaling to sustainably meet financial obligations and obtain more properties.
    Over time, Stephen’s expertise in the real estate market evolved from wholesaling to purchasing multiple rental portfolios using the BRRR strategy, and most recently pursuits in private lending for truly passive income. Wholesaling has made him his own boss and he wants others to experience the same freedom. He has run SJREIA’s Wholesaling Subgroup since 2016.
    Co-leader Roland Jefferson
    Roland is a real estate wholesaler and a man of faith with a beautiful wife and 3 fantastic grown children. After much prayer for alternative ways to increase his income during his 17 years in corporate American, where he maxed his income as a performance engineering IT computer consultant, Roland discovered real estate wholesaling. He dove into the information age of free podcasts and YouTube University to gain an understanding of this new opportunity during his long work commutes to New York City. Eventually, Roland began working part-time in wholesaling real estate and as his education grew, he invested in advanced training and coaching to accelerate his knowledge and develop more consistent deal flow.
    Roland has been blessed with the ability to replace and exceed his corporate income, enabling him to be a full-time real estate wholesaler for the past 2 years. In addition to his love of winning in the wholesale arena, Roland also has a passion for teaching new wholesalers and helping them to achieve their own success. Roland believes in being a blessing to motivated sellers, serious cash buyers, and anyone willing to learn and work as a real estate wholesaler in order to be a positive impact in the lives of others.

    Sharyn speaks on using multiple exit strategies to customize solutions for homeowners and guides real estate agents and investors nationwide on using a three offer system and seller finance to build their income and wealth.

    She has been in the real estate business for over 25 years and has worked as a seller finance specialist, rehabber, wholesaler, and now focuses primarily on acquiring rehab projects and seller finance deals through her company, Sharyn Buys Houses. She is a realtor in Medford NJ which is her main farm area where she strategizes solutions for home sellers, advises them on how to sell their houses for a premium, and has a professional home staging company.

    She prides herself in offering multiple solutions to sellers and buying either cash for a quick closing, on terms for the maximum net price, or staging and listing the house to offer to regular retail buyers.
    Sharyn also works with Brookline Labrador Retriever Rescue rescuing dogs from shelters and Chair the Love, an organization that provides wheelchairs to people in need worldwide.
    On a personal basis she enjoys being outdoors, yoga, reading, healthy eating, and spending time with her family.

    Becky Bostic, becky@the-destinationgroup.com - is a luxury real estate advisor, team leader, and investor with over 13 years of experience serving Bucks County and the greater Philadelphia suburbs. With 700+ homes sold and $42+ million in team sales volume in 2025, she has built a high-performing real estate business rooted in strategy, elevated marketing, and consistent execution.
    Beyond sales, Becky has been an active real estate investor since 2016, building long-term wealth through flips and a growing rental portfolio. She recently launched a property management company to support investors at a higher level, along with a coaching program for real estate professionals, helping agents—especially women—build scalable, sustainable businesses & earn well into six figures.

    At home, Becky is a mom to two young boys, ages 3 and 1, and understands firsthand the challenge of balancing leadership, ambition, and motherhood. Her philosophy centers on systems, boundaries, and intentional growth—proving that it’s possible to lead a luxury brand, build wealth, and still be fully present for the moments that matter most.

    Terri Santiago Parker is a Divisional Vice President with CrossCountry Mortgage, bringing 29 years of experience in residential lending. She leads her residential branch in partnership with her husband and a team of 25 employees, including two of their sons. Terri is also the co-owner of ParkLot Commercial Lending, TMI Coaching Co., JNT Properties, Woodbury Advertising, and RTJ Renovations. All active, operating, successful companies. She also, owns and manages a portfolio of 17 properties—primarily located in South Carolina—including a mix of long-term and short-term rentals, as well as a commercial property. As a bilingual Hispanic female, Terri is passionate about helping others succeed—primarily educating local communities on homeownership. Helping others build "their future" through home and property ownership.

    Maria Quattrone, CEO of Maria QuattroneLPT Realty, mquattrone@liveloveathome.net - is a real estate coach and mentor, investor, speaker, philanthropist, and host of the Be The Solution Podcast. With 30+ years of experience spanning sales, marketing, and branding, Maria is known for bringing a strategy-first approach to real estate and leadership—grounded in clear communication, strong positioning, and consistent execution.
    In 2005, Maria founded her company with a non-negotiable standard: operate as an expert advisor, not a transactional salesperson. Under her leadership, her team has supported $500M+ in sales, guiding clients through high-stakes decisions with clarity, confidence, and a plan.

    Kim McFaline is the owner of Restoring Is Our Calling, LLC. She is a real estate investor who focuses on restoring and revitalizing homes in out-of-state markets. She is passionate about taking distressed properties and turning them into beautiful, livable homes again. Real estate has allowed her to combine creativity, problem-solving, and investing, while also building relationships with great people in this industry. She believes real estate is one of the most powerful tools for building long-term wealth and creating opportunities for others.
    In addition to investing, She also runs the Thursday's Women’s Zoom at Noon group for real estate investors where they connect, share resources, learn from each other, and support one another as they grow in the industry. Her goal is to help others get started, build confidence, and expand their networks in real estate. She is always open to connecting with people who want to collaborate, learn, or explore opportunities together.
