ABOUT THE SKATE
We skate on roads and paved trails, choosing routes and times that minimize car interactions.
All skates are "no drop," meaning no one gets left behind. We regroup often, and all wheels are welcome-bikes, skateboards, scooters included.
It's a fun and unique way to explore Columbus.

SKILL LEVEL & FORMAT
Casual and intermediate skaters are welcome.
Each skate begins with a short loop (under 5 miles) at a relaxed pace. After that, we continue on a longer route for those up for it.

SAFETY & TERRAIN
Helmets and pads are recommended. Columbus is generally flat, but we may encounter moderate inclines. If you're comfortable skating at full speed on a rink or flat trail but unsure about hills or braking, you're still welcome. We'll help you build skills and confidence for handling slopes and downhills.
