This park is in my neighborhood, a few blocks away from our apartment. This is one of the lovely stretches of the hit-or-miss east riverbank of Manhattan.
Please meet at the entrance to the park on East 20th St, below the FDR. Basically, walk east on 20th street until you almost fall into the river.
