Join the SketchUp Meetup group for an informal workshop on all things 3D. Bring SketchUp projects you're working on, questions you have, lessons you want to teach, or just great ideas you want to explore in 3D. Mark Harrison (SketchUp), Justin Geis (SketchUpEssentials.com), and Michael Brightman (BrightmanDesigns.com) will all be in attendance! We'll break up into smaller groups (beginner, intermediate, and advanced) and cover the topics that you are most interested in. Everything from SketchUp 101 to building information modeling (that's BIM for you acronym lovers).

Remember to bring your laptops, charger, and 3-button scroll mouse (if you have one).

SketchUp has a free version called SketchUp Make (http://www.sketchup.com/download?sketchup=make) and a professional version called SketchUp Pro (http://www.sketchup.com/products/sketchup-pro) which is licensed for commercial use by professional architects and engineers and freelancers.

Parking:

There are parking meters on Platte Street. Part way through the meetup, around 7:15 we will make sure you can put more money in the meter or move car and get back into the meetup.
