Love snow? Time to hit Mammoth Mountain !
The best way to ski and snowboard often is to find others that like to go and share the experience with them. Joining carpools and lodging shares is a great way to save money and visit Mammoth often - and we can all make new friends as we do it. Mammoth mountain used to host a web forum where all mountain-lovers could come together to share rides, lodging and just chat about the mountain and the weather. They closed it down a few years ago. Large snow clubs are folding because large, organized trips are no longer financially viable.
