Come be part of a community of individuals and families who value people more than beliefs. Some have said it's like going to a Ted talk with live music every Sunday. We meet at 11 AM Mountain Time in the Parker Theatre Studio at 3601 State Street, South Salt Lake. We would love to have you join us for some great topics and socializing!

This Sunday we will hear from Dan Barker, Co-President of the national Freedom From Religion Foundation. Please make sure you come early in case we get a lot of extra guests--I'd hate to have our regular members not get a seat.

The Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF)
Dan Barker has walked a path that gives him a truly unique perspective on belief. For 19 years, he was a dedicated insider of the religious world—starting as a teenage evangelist at age 15, becoming an ordained minister, and serving as a missionary. He was also an accomplished Christian songwriter and producer, working with artists like Pat Boone and writing musicals that are still performed today. But after years of intense study, he famously 'lost faith in faith.' In 1984, he publicly announced his atheism, a journey he chronicled in his books Losing Faith in Faith and Godless.Today, he is a leading voice for secularism. He serves as the Co-President of the Freedom From Religion Foundation and co-hosts Freethought Radio and Freethought Matters. He travels the world debating, lecturing, and performing.
