The Utah Museum of Fine Art
Fiona Marcelino is the Individual Giving Manager and Interim Director of Development at the Utah Museum of Fine Arts, where she leads fundraising strategy and donor engagement efforts to support exhibitions, programs, and community initiatives. With more than a decade of experience in museums and nonprofits, Fiona has worked across development, events, and visitor engagement. She brings a collaborative and relationship-centered approach to her work. She is passionate about strengthening the role museums play as welcoming cultural spaces and is committed to building sustainable support for the arts and the communities they serve.

Emma Ryder is the Director of Marketing and Communications at the Utah Museum of Fine Arts. With a personal background in art and design, she brings a creative perspective to her work at the UMFA. She is most proud of leading a community-focused messaging initiative for the Museum. The UMFA has seen more visitors by building community with peers at other non-profits and refocusing strategy and ad dollars towards local news outlets.
